The coordinates given in the location are GPS coordinates for a good hiking trail. I've ran across lots of nice families on the ridge. The trails go for miles and miles (I've yet to hit one that ended) with amazing views of Santee. The trails go all the way to Poway. It's a good way to spend a spare day... just bring plenty of water and food.
