Feel like some fresh mexican food? Well Rubios is probably your best source for food on campus. It has burritos, tacos, quesidilas and some other stuff. Visit their site for a full menu. But my advice and review on this tasty resturant is that if you want to get the most out of your meal plan or student cash then this is the place. The new flour tortillas are awesome to get with the tacos. They are famous for their fish taco but the one on campus does not do as good of job making the fish in my opinion. The chicken is always a good choice for me and their salsa is very tasty. Their meal deals are interesting how they give you beans and a drink with a specified number of tacos. It is a good idea to go for the meal deals. They just got a new blackened mahi mahi taco and it is very good. Hopefully they will keep it around. Make sure you stop by and get something at Rubios! I am a big fan.
